Here at Audio Sleeves we use a variety of production methods dependant on the material used and overall finish of the Sleeve. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polypropylene (PP) are our 2 main materials and these are available in various finishes. We are also now branching out into the Sustainable Packaging market and look forward to creating your Sustainable Packaging Projects.

Bespoke Vinyl Sleeves

Audio Sleeves are able to produce Vinyl Sleeves to your requirements. We can offer different sizes, materials, material colour and different print.
Standard Vinyl Sleeves

We can offer standard sleeves in a 7”, 10” 12” and custom sizes. These can also be Digitally Printed or Screen Printed

Gatefold Vinyl Sleeves

Protect and show off your favourite record with our Gatefold vinyl Sleeves. Gatefold Sleeves can be supplied printed with your choice of artwork.
CD Sleeves

Our CD Sleeves can be supplied printed or Unprinted. We can also offer our Sleeves with or without flaps and also adhesive strips in a location of your choice.
T-Shirt packs

Our T-shirt packs allow you to promote and protect your merchandise. These can be supplied Printed or Unprinted.
