Digital Printing
Digital printing allows us to print multiple print types within each production run of sleeve sizes. We are able to offer a multitude of variable data changes within any production run allowing us to offer, such as Branding Changes, Product Size Changes, Batch Tracking, Barcodes, Image Changes, Language Changes, Graphic Instructions, Colour Coding and more.
We can now offer Photographic Quality Images within your Sleeve designs! Photographic Imagery allows us to feature the unique selling points of your products, enhancing your sales message and increasing sales. We can also incorporate logos, graphics, icons, barcodes, QR codes and so on.
We can even print augmented reality images on your Sleeves allowing you to enhance your sales with linked video that can be read by a mobile phone scanner for usage instructions, safety features and product updates that will last the life of your product when stored.
Screen Printing
Screen Printing also known as Silkscreen Printing is a traditional method of printing that allows us to Print to a high quality and high speed. We are able to complete the whole process in house, from design through to exposing and prepping the screen to print.
Screen printing is popular for the high quality look and feel it typically generates in its finished products. The layer of thick ink applied sits on top of the material as opposed to soaking in to the material as with paper, and generally offers a sharp, smooth finish. With Screen Printing this gives us the opportunity to print Spot colours, so if you would like specific colours for your artwork this is not a problem for us.
